JOB DESCRIPTION: Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Pay Range $60,000 - $90,000 Sign On bonus 3,000 For Masters Level Clinicians 5,000 For Licensed Therapist Pay Range $60,000- $70,000 (All three-letter license and Associate and pending licenses) Pay Range 70,000- $90,000 (All 4-letter license) Candidates with years of experience may be eligible for additional pay.
Requirements
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
- Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
- Must have an active Three or Four letter license associate license or Indiana license eligible
Nice To Haves
- Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
- Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
- Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
- Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
- Meet billable hour productivity standards.
- Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
- Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
- Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
