About The Position

At Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health, we are looking for dedicated therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact. This full-time position involves providing adult services including individual, couples, and family therapy. You will collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. The role also includes developing and implementing effective, goal-oriented treatment plans, documenting all services accurately and on time using evidence-based practices, consulting with medical providers, and participating in case conferences when needed. Additionally, you will deliver both on-site and off-site clinical support and educational services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant social science field.
• Active Ohio licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or IMFT.
• Experience working with the adult population and delivering the types of services we offer.
• Familiarity with the DSM-5-TR and clinical documentation standards.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
