Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant social science field
- Active Ohio licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or IMFT
- Experience working with the adult population and delivering the types of services we offer
- Familiarity with the DSM-5-TR and clinical documentation standards
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Provide adult services to include individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Develop and implement effective, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Document all services accurately and on time using evidence-based practices
- Consult with medical providers and participate in case conferences when needed
- Deliver both on-site and off-site clinical support and educational services
