About The Position
Clinical Therapist provides direct therapeutic interventions for patients in individual, group and family settings with the focus on goal directed treatment. Initiates and completes discharge planning on assigned patients. Completes all required documentation including Psychosocial Assessments. Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment planning.
