About The Position
Work just 4 days a week — and enjoy a 3-day weekend, every weekend!! Make a real difference in the lives of families as a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) here at NFS — while enjoying the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work week, great pay, and a supportive team! The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan
- Work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs
- Improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community

- Option of a traditional 5 day or a 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday!
