You’ll be part of a behavioral health team helping people build stability, independence, and confidence in their daily lives. Working in settings like group homes, crisis centers, and residential programs, you’ll connect with clients, support their goals, and create a safe, positive environment for recovery. A big part of this role is building real relationships, even with clients who may be hesitant or hard to engage—using compassionate, trauma-informed approaches.
