About The Position
The Therapeutic Strategy Lead (TSL) is a consultative leader responsible for driving early engagement and proposals that align with client needs. This role involves collaborating with business development and stakeholders to serve as a therapeutic and operational strategy expert throughout the new business and project delivery lifecycle. The TSL is pivotal in increasing IQVIA's therapeutic market share by designing innovative solutions and ensuring successful project setups from proposal development to award. The position requires ownership of high-level client relationships and accountability for securing business, client satisfaction, and project margins.
