About The Position

Provide clinical leadership to the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) team and function as an outpatient clinician. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the Hub/Department TRP program(s), the TRP Team Leader will review referrals, provide clinical direction and demonstrate appropriate leadership skills with respect to developing group/individual activities, provide ongoing clinical needs, complete billing paperwork/documentation, and provide the appropriate supervision of all assigned program staff. The TRP Team Leader will provide goal directed planning with clients to enhance their quality of life in all domains and will assist with building activities of daily living (ADLs) skills. The TRP Team Leader is a positive team player that promotes a culture of inclusion and participation. When working in the outpatient office, the TRP Team Leader provides clinical services for individuals and families that present for treatment. Services include treatment planning, crisis intervention, risk assessment, on-going assessments, client education, individual, family, group and collateral therapy and referral and advocacy. The TRP Team leader approaches client care with a whole health perspective providing linkages and coordination of care throughout the organization.
