JRI’s Children's Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home, in school, and within their communities. The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings, holidays and weekend shifts as necessary. The scheduling for this role is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family. You will be equipped to offer a range of community-based services, including CBHI services, to children, adolescents, and their families. These services encompass skill coaching, job coaching, life skills training, activity planning, community exploration and integration, behavior management, assessment, treatment planning, crisis management, and case management services. You will foster positive relationships with external agencies, families, and other involved parties. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, collaborating to discover the most effective methods for guiding and supporting youth within the community. You will contribute to the clinical care of youth and their families in a home and community-based environment, empowering youth to thrive within the framework of their home communities.
