Are you passionate about empowering families and driving meaningful change in your community? Join our team as a Therapeutic Mentor, where you'll provide compassionate, hands-on peer support to parents and caregivers of children and youth receiving services through Centerstone's Community Action Treatment (CAT) team. In this dynamic role, you'll work directly with families—whether in their homes, community settings, or agency-based groups—to offer guidance rooted in both evidence-informed practices and your own lived experience. Your support will help families navigate complex systems like DCF, child welfare, and the courts, while fostering resilience, confidence, and advocacy. More than just peer support, you'll be a catalyst for systemic change, helping to elevate the voices of families and reduce bias in service delivery. By building trust and modeling strength through shared experience, you'll play a vital role in creating a more inclusive, family-centered approach to care.
