Compensation The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 per year . The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. What You'll Do: Ensure highâquality services to children and youth with emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges, supporting families in stabilizing youth in home and community environments. Support staff in working with families to improve problemâsolving, limit setting, communication, risk management/safety planning, and effective patterns of interaction. Oversee the work of Therapeutic Mentors, including supervising weekly staff meetings and providing weekly supervision, training, coaching, and ongoing support. Oversee staff progress notes, safety planning tools, and all documentation required by program performance specifications. Monitor staff productivity using the appropriate tracking tools. Lead weekly supervision groups for the Therapeutic Mentoring program and attend Care Plan Team or other system meetings as needed. Provide consultation on challenging or complex client issues. Act as a liaison with collateral agencies, maintaining relationships that support children and family growth; act as an advocate and support parents in selfâadvocacy. Maintain relationships with local service providers, including ESP/Mobile Crisis Intervention, to ensure coordinated care. Communicate with clients and providers when necessary to address staff performance concerns or programâlevel issues. Maintain charting and documentation standards consistent with HIPAA, MCE requirements, and organizational procedures; assist in training and monitoring staff compliance. Meet weekly with the Director of Community-Based Services for supervision. Provide clinical training, supervision, and support to CBHI Supervisors and assigned staff. Meet with supervisees to develop and implement annual performance goals. Assist with billing, data reporting, and MABHA reporting as needed.
