As a BHP, you’ll work with clients ages 0-21 who are facing behavioral and/or mental health challenges—some of whom may be at risk of removal from their homes. Your role will be hands-on and impactful, guiding children/youth and their families toward their treatment plan goals and positive change through: Weekly client meetings to provide support and intervention Parent skill training to help families develop effective strategies In-home and community-based sessions to ensure real-world success While you'll have the independence to manage your work, you won’t be alone—you’ll have the support of a dedicated Clinician who leads the treatment team, ensuring you have guidance when you need it.
