About The Position
Goshen Valley Foundation is a faith-based organization dedicated to change through service to others. Goshen Homes specializes in the placement of sibling groups and the preservation of the sibling bond. We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Case Manager to supervise and support foster child placements and foster homes in the Cherokee County, Georgia area. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the placement of up to 15 foster children. You will participate in the admissions process and placement of the child in the foster home, complete assessments, develop an individualized services plan (ISP), and assist with its implementation that includes the child’s medical, dental, educational, and therapeutic services.
