Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex - Wheaton
About The Position
As an TA/BT Flex at Blue Bird Day, you will provide support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing individualized therapy and group therapy support Collecting data on programming Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
