Job Summary The Therapeutic Area Analytics & Insights Director - Rare Disease delivers high-impact, data-driven integrated insights to inform competitive strategy, access-related (e.g. rebate programs, payer coverage), and pipeline business decisions for the Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) network. This role collaborates with stakeholders to address critical business needs, ensuring insights & analytics workstreams align with strategic priorities to achieve RBD competitive near- and long-term goals and mitigate access barriers. By applying deep expertise in integrated insights (with a particular focus on Access/competitive intelligence /primary insights), this individual provides clear, actionable recommendations affecting in-line and pipeline assets. Operating within a dynamic structure, the Director adapts to shifting priorities, offering coaching and oversight to others on the team (ability to coach forecasting is a plus).
