The Therapeutic After School Program (TASP) Staff is a member of the after school, vacation and summer programs. TASP Staff are responsible for providing a productive, interactive and safe environment for youth served. This position requires engaging with children through the following: planning, organizing, and leading therapeutic activities, collaborating with teammates regarding daily structure, and working with multi-disciplinary team members to create a safe and therapeutic milieu environment. TASP Staff members provide transportation for youth in our care via program vehicles. TASP Staff are responsible for providing the highest quality of care by implementing a nurturing, caring, safe and structured environment for children to thrive and succeed. The Therapeutic After School Program is held Monday-Friday from 3pm-7pm, Monday-Friday during the school year (20 hours per week) and 8am-4pm during school and summer vacation (40 hours per week).
