About The Position
The PI Sales Training Manager will design, develop, create, deliver, implement and evaluate field-focused sales training programs for new and existing field personnel to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the sales effort in the Peripheral Intervention Division. The training programs will include but not limited to new hire onboarding, sales and marketing co-sponsored programs, product launches, market development and field personnel development. Collaborates with Area Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Directors to provide sales training and ensure the objectives for field representatives are met. Works with field and internal personnel to identify and evaluate training opportunities. Expected travel for this role is 60%.
