About The Position

Regis Jesuit is seeking a Theology teacher to begin the 2026-2027 school year. This position will be placed on the Faculty Salary Scale, based on education level and years of experience (minimum starting salary for BA, Tier 1 is $55,000). We give 1:1 credit for the first ten years of teaching and 1:2 for years over ten, with no maximum until Tier 30. Full benefits are available. Requirements

MUST BE A PRACTICING CATHOLIC
A bachelor's degree in Theology (Masters preferred)
Teaching 5 of 7 classes on the Block Schedule

Responsibilities

Teaching 5 of 7 classes on the Block Schedule
Working collaboratively with all members of the Theology Department and serving as a contributing member on course level teams
Participation in all departmental and school-wide faculty formation
Modeling for students and the entire school community the characteristics of an Ignatian educator.
Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with students, parents, and school personnel.
Creating an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
Attending assemblies, prayer services, masses, service opportunities.
Modeling Christian values and contributing to forming student values.
