About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Theme Shop Laborer. In this role, you will be part of a team of artist/craftsmen creating custom themed projects for Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Requirements

• Effective English reading and communication skills.
• Ability to do physical work; stand, lift, repetitive motion, etc.
• Desire to continually learn and improve
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Clean and prepare jobsites
• Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies
• Operate hand and power tools as needed
• Ensure that quality control standards are met
