• Ability to speak clearly and effectively in order to be understood by fans and employees of the organization.
• Requires extensive mobility to walk and to stand for up to 6 hours without a set break.

Responsibilities

• Check and scan Theme Night tickets at designated distribution areas, ensuring guests receive the appropriate promotional items in an efficient and organized manner.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of all Theme Night locations and activations, ensuring areas are prepared, properly equipped, and visually appealing prior to guest arrival.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a positive, professional, and courteous manner.
• Effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and all levels of management to ensure the successful execution of Theme Night activities and a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional appearance at all times by adhering to the organization’s uniform and grooming standards.
• Assist with various event-related tasks as needed to support the overall success of Theme Nights, including managing crowd flow and maintaining safety protocols.
• All other duties as assigned.
