ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Check and scan Theme Night tickets at designated distribution areas, ensuring guests receive the appropriate promotional items in an efficient and organized manner. Assist with the setup and breakdown of all Theme Night locations and activations, ensuring areas are prepared, properly equipped, and visually appealing prior to guest arrival. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a positive, professional, and courteous manner. Effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and all levels of management to ensure the successful execution of Theme Night activities and a seamless guest experience. Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional appearance at all times by adhering to the organization’s uniform and grooming standards. Assist with various event-related tasks as needed to support the overall success of Theme Nights, including managing crowd flow and maintaining safety protocols. All other duties as assigned.   • Prior Customer Service experience.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Ability to read and understand written policies and correspondence; interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under heavy pressure.
  • Ability to bend and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively in order to be understood by fans and employees of the organization.
  • Requires extensive mobility to walk and to stand for up to 6 hours without a set break.
