The Concord Theatricals Finance, Accounting and Royalties department is responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of the Theatricals business, maintaining financial systems and data and partnering with operations to inform business decisioning. Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our Summer Internship Program will run from Tuesday, June 2 nd - Friday, August 14 th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paid in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with financial data integrity projects, transactional and accounting data research (including customers, productions, vendors, journal entries, invoices, etc) and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Validate accounting transactional data against department chart of accounts to ensure processing was correct, surface issues in data coding and suggest changes as needed.
• Research customers or royalty/trade vendors to find missing payment information, understand transaction and invoice validity, determine if performances / licenses actually occurred, confirm title information, etc.
