About The Position
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for managing all associates as well as all aspects of operation of their theatre location with a goal of achieving revenue, sales/marketing, cost control, quality measurement, staffing, associate development, and guest satisfaction results. This position reports to the General Manager.
