About The Position
Piano accompanist for Musical Theater Cabaret class and rehearsals of student shows. Essential Functions Sight reading sheet music and possible musical transpositions Provide piano accompaniment during Musical Theater Cabaret class Provide piano accompaniment during rehearsals of student shows Provide some vocal coaching as needed while working with the students Attend other rehearsals/presentations at the discretion of the Theatre Program Director
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Sight reading sheet music and possible musical transpositions
- Provide piano accompaniment during Musical Theater Cabaret class
- Provide piano accompaniment during rehearsals of student shows
- Provide some vocal coaching as needed while working with the students
