As Theater Event Staff Supervisor, you'll coordinate and supervise our Theater Event Staff and event operations.
Responsibilities
- Create staff schedules.
- Hire, supervise, train, and discipline Theater Event staff.
- Complete event reconciliation and all event reports.
- Verify event floor plan and seating set-up.
- Effectively resolve guest service issues.
- Work closely and cooperatively with the Box Office staff.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
