About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Food & Beverage Cashier & Patron Services Associate to support the theater’s concession and hospitality operations. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, handling food and beverage sales, and helping maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Flexibility is essential, as this position also supports additional theater areas as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in food service, concessions, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and customer‑interaction skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable operating POS systems in a cashless environment (training provided).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and event nights.
• Food handler’s and TABC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service to all patrons at food and beverage counters.
• Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately using the theater’s POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked food and beverage area.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
• Support guest needs by answering questions about menu items, and show details.
• Follow all safety, accessibility, and customer‑service standards set by the theater.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
