About The Position
The UPS Store (TUPSS) Operations Manager is responsible for achieving regional goals and successfully rolling out new initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of Franchise Consultants (FCs) who serve as the primary contact for franchisees. The Operations Manager ensures effective center operations, marketing, technology, sales, and training, while providing coaching and support to the FCs to enhance their performance and the overall success of the franchise network.
