About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit
  • Provide information about products and services offered by the UPS Store
  • Assist customers with packing, shipping, and tracking their packages
  • Operate printing and copying equipment to fulfill customer orders
  • Manage mailbox services, including sorting and distributing mail
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional appearance of the store
  • Cross collaborate and work with Hardware store main anchor store.
