About The Position
The General Manager at The Surf Club is responsible for leading and inspiring the team to provide exceptional hospitality experiences for members and guests. This role oversees all operational functions of the Club, ensuring high standards of service, compliance with regulations, and strategic management of resources. The General Manager reports directly to the Board President and manages a team that includes the Controller, Assistant Managers, Culinary Director, and Pavilion Manager.
