The position requires a professional with a BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field, although relevant experience with instrumentation may be considered in lieu of a degree. The candidate should have 5-15 years of experience in petrochemical, refining, or related industrial manufacturing settings, specifically supporting maintenance and/or reliability. The role involves ensuring compliance with Celanese SEPs, RAGAGEPS, industry practices, and governmental regulations, while also managing Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). Responsibilities include developing training related to SIS, leading failure analysis, and participating in RCA investigations for SIS trips and system failures. The candidate will also be responsible for developing large equipment scopes, leading program-specific reliability investigations, and implementing program-specific PM plans.
