The North Face is seeking a Senior Manager, Design Director - Performance to lead and define creative across our core performance categories: Snow, Climb, and Trail. This role requires a hands-on and multi-disciplined creative with a portfolio showcasing deep experience in conceptual thinking, art and design direction, and digital-first thinking. The Design Director will be responsible for evolving and implementing our visual design language and ensuring excellence across the global marketplace.
