About The Position

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, developing, and motivating a team of brand advocates. Your primary focus will be to ensure a consistent best-in-class customer experience that aligns with our brand purpose and values. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring that customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection are all consistent and compliant with company standards. This position is not just about managing a store; it’s about fostering a culture of exploration and connection with the outdoors, which is at the heart of The North Face's mission. The North Face has a rich history built on a love for the outdoors and a commitment to enabling exploration for everyone, from their backyards to the Himalayas. You will also assist in hiring qualified candidates and ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Your leadership will help create an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning, while respecting the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your team members.
