About The Position

The Corner Pantry is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join their expanding team in a busy restaurant and catering environment. The roles available include Executive Sous Chef, Catering Chef, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Restaurant Manager, Front of House staff, Barista, and Catering Director. The restaurant operates Monday through Friday and offers brunch on Saturdays, focusing on delivering exceptional service and quality food.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience for Executive Sous Chef.
  • 1-3 years of restaurant experience for Line Cooks.
  • Previous experience preferred for Prep Cooks.
  • Strong people skills and hospitality-driven mindset for Restaurant Manager.
  • Experience in customer service for Front of House roles.
  • Trained in espresso and milk chemistry for Barista position.
  • Detail-oriented and organized for Catering Director.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of food and coffee ingredients and methods.
  • Experience on multiple stations in a restaurant or cafe service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff as Executive Sous Chef.
  • Prepare and present high-quality food for catering events as Catering Chef.
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking as Line Cook or Prep Cook.
  • Manage restaurant operations and staff, ensuring excellent customer service as Restaurant Manager.
  • Engage with customers and provide outstanding service in the Front of House roles.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks as Barista.
  • Coordinate catering events and manage logistics as Catering Director.
