About The Position
As a Party Lead at The City Forum, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role is designed for a vibrant and proactive individual who is ready to lead party operations with enthusiasm and efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination and success of various parties, acting as the go-to person for training party hosts, maintaining high standards, and facilitating exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will bridge communication between management and hosts, ensuring smooth operations and upholding company policies while promptly addressing any issues that arise. In this position, you will also play a crucial role in training new Party Hosts, ensuring they deliver outstanding service. You will identify training gaps and recommend improvements to enhance our training program, acting as a mentor to foster a culture of excellence among the team. Your responsibilities will include preparing and greeting party guests with enthusiasm, facilitating the party schedule, and engaging children and parents with entertaining activities and games. You will support party operations and staff development to enhance efficiency, all while fostering a positive team culture by collaborating with fellow team members and addressing conflicts constructively. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management to ensure seamless party operations. This role requires a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, as you will ensure that all guests have an outstanding visit, particularly focusing on providing a memorable experience for the birthday child and ensuring parents and guests receive the red carpet treatment. Your ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.
