The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Serves food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• Must wear black, slip resistant shoes at all times.
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and team members.
• Has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions.
• Works effectively and courteously with fellow team members.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of menu and any specials.
• Responsible for taking orders and delivering food and beverage items to guests while adhering to service standards.
• Assists in pre-bussing and bussing of tables to include dirty dishes and linens.
• Acts as a customer experience owner, surprising and delighting guests.
• Leaves guests with positive feelings about the property and establishes/maintains relationships with them.
• Approaches each situation with a 'yes we can' attitude.
• Maintains a clean and organized side station.
• Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.
• Recognizes an intoxicated guest and handles according to company and state rules and regulations.
• Complies with the drug & alcohol free workplace policy.
