About The Position

The Textiles Production Associate will work primarily in a production environment at the Loveland Store, responsible for sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles. This role ensures that items meet company quality standards before being placed on the sales floor. The associate will also provide customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Good judgement to assess quality and value of textile products.
• Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff.

• Knowledge of textile products and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product.
• Inspect textiles to ensure they are in good saleable condition.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare textile items for sale.
• Make pricing decisions according to Goodwill standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Follow retail center policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety processes and procedures.
• Crosstrain in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
