Requirements

  • Color recognition skills necessary.
  • Ability to work light industrial equipment/machinery.
  • No physical restrictions to performing work requirements: standing, bending, squatting, lifting and sitting.
  • Organizational skills necessary.
  • High school diploma required or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in warehouse order fulfillment helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory of 3x3s, 4x6s, chain sets, and fandecks within assigned leather lines, including trimming, stamping, and mounting samples onto cards.
  • Maintain inventory of felt 4x6s, which includes cleaning and gluing them to cards.
  • Maintain inventory of swatch cards and color books, including trimming and quality inspection.
  • Clean, inspect, and press (as needed) occasional CNC orders; package and ship completed orders.
  • Serve as the primary shipper one day per week and as backup shipper one day per week.
  • Adapt to schedule changes as needed, including coverage during vacation periods.
  • Press and clean coasters as required.
  • Perform inventory counts to ensure proper stock levels on shelves.
  • Assist with new product introductions, including labeling and shelving.
  • Clean and box 12x12 laser orders.
