Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with four years of related research experience, or a Master's degree with two years of experience, or a Doctorate degree.
• Significant experience in a project management research role.
• Basic knowledge of standard Office Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and logistical support for Texas Rising Star assessments in the Gulf Coast Workforce Board region.
• Assist management in planning methods and procedures for data collection.
• Collect assessment data during Texas Rising Star Assessment Visits using designated forms.
• Interpret and score facility and classroom assessment data accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and enter data into the Texas Rising Star Assessment Tool.
• Complete annual professional development and continuing education as required.
• Collaborate with Texas Rising Star mentors to communicate assessment results.
• Attain and maintain Texas Rising Star Assessor Certification and participate in ongoing training.
• Provide direction and training to other assessors to ensure compliance with protocols.
