About The Position
Our innovative program assists graduate nurses transition from student nurse to professional nurse through a variety of opportunities and an ongoing network of support. Specifically designed for graduates with an interest in pediatric, adult cardiac, or obstetric nursing, this program introduces you to the realities of clinical practice. Group problem-solving, critical thinking exercises and hands-on clinical applications will provide you with the tools and resources necessary to discover your full potential. We are a Magnet designated facility.
