About The Position

TexCap is seeking an experienced Producer to join our team, focusing on commercial insurance consulting services in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable engaging with senior-level executives and business owners, utilizing a consultative sales approach to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record in the B2B market, particularly in Property and Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance.

Requirements

• A college degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the insurance industry.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills are essential.
• Proven track record in a consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior-level executives and business owners to sell commercial insurance services.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to develop and present proposals ranging from $250K to $1.5MM.
• Target CFOs, CEOs, and other high-level executives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.
• Achieve aggressive organic growth objectives through effective prospecting and business development.
• Collaborate with a mentor who is a senior partner in the agency for training and personal growth.
