About The Position

The Testing Proctor role involves overseeing the testing environment to ensure a secure and fair experience for examinees. This part-time position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a controlled setting. Proctors will prepare the testing room, verify identities, monitor sessions, and assist examinees with technical issues, all while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in the testing process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Testing Room by setting up the computer-based testing environment.
• Verify Identity of each examinee to confirm eligibility for testing.
• Monitor Testing Sessions to ensure the integrity of the exam.
• Manage the distribution and return of test materials while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Assist with Pre-Test Setup, including logging into systems and entering demographic information.
• Report Irregularities to the Testing Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Control Admissions to manage the flow of individuals in and out of the testing room.
• Maintain accurate documentation or reports related to testing sessions.
• Address fundamental computer or software issues during testing.
• Support overall operations by performing additional tasks as required.
