Responsibilities

Proctor exams and maintain a secure and professional testing environment
Guide testing candidates through onboarding and test day procedures
Answer phone calls from test takers and assist with questions or issues
Provide empathetic, solutions-focused customer service
Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the candidate experience
