Responsibilities
- Proctor exams and maintain a secure testing environment
- Provide guided onboarding and walk candidates through test-day procedures
- Assist test takers by phone with questions, technical concerns, and next steps
- Deliver solution-seeking, service-minded customer support
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow testing procedures closely
- Partner with teammates to continuously improve processes and the overall candidate experience
