Responsibilities

Proctoring exams and maintaining a secure and professional testing environment
Guiding candidates through onboarding and test day procedures
Answering phone calls and assisting with questions or issues
Providing empathetic, solutions-focused customer service
Collaborating with other departments to continuously improve the candidate experience
