We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how data science and analytics can transform and improve their entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. Your key responsibilities You’ll spend most of your time working with a wide variety of clients to deliver the latest data science and big data technologies and practices to design, build and maintain scalable and robust solutions that unify, enrich and analyze data from multiple sources. Our Test Manager will lead the planning, design, and implementation of testing strategies for the client’s System Integration platform. This role is critical for establishing robust test plans and processes that align with OHCA’s strategic direction. He/She will collaborate with development, integration, and business teams to ensure quality and compliance across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in test management within large-scale system integration projects
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and test automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (EDI X12, HL7, FHIR)
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, HP ALM)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience communicating issues, status and thought leadership to partners and clients
  • Building impactful relationships with key influencers to effectively manage work and generate new business opportunities
  • Developing people through effective leadership, coaching, mentoring and performance assessment of all levels of staff

Nice To Haves

  • ISTQB or similar certification
  • Experience in Medicaid or public healthcare projects
  • Exposure to API testing and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing
  • Establish testing governance and best practices
  • Develop reusable templates for test documentation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for all phases of the project
  • Define and implement testing processes and standards for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines and strategic objectives
  • Manage test environments, data preparation, and defect tracking
  • Oversee execution of test cycles, monitor progress, and report on quality metrics
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS guidelines)
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools
