Job Title: Testing Lead - SAP S/4HANA Implementation. Work Location: Houston, TX. Role Summary: The Testing Lead is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) to ensure the quality and stability of the S/4HANA solution before go-live.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall testing strategy, approach, and timelines for the S/4HANA program.
• Create test plans, scenarios, scripts, and manage test data preparation.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Manage defect triage, resolution tracking, and quality reporting.
• Ensure alignment with functional, technical, and business teams for test coverage.
• Oversee test tools (e.g., Solution Manager, Worksoft, Tricentis) and ensure documentationpleteness.
