About The Position
The Testing Coordinator position serves as the college-wide lead for proctoring services, overseeing daily operations at the Albany campus testing center and providing collaborative guidance alongside the lead proctor at the Corvallis campus. This role ensures the delivery of secure, accessible, and professional testing services for students, faculty, and external clients. Responsibilities include coordinating testing schedules, overseeing workflows of part-time and work-study staff, and serving as the primary liaison with national testing vendors. The Testing Coordinator complies with institutional, state, and federal testing standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and established accommodation procedures for testers with documented disabilities.
