Role Mission: Through the work of the Testing Coordinator, teachers and leaders can feel confident in the data-driven decisions they are making. These decisions help IDEA Public Schools achieve the goal of our mission of supporting 100% of scholars as they proceed to and through college. Testing Coordinators support this work by ensuring that 100% of students take all appropriate tests in an environment conducive to standardized testing. TCs also work with campus partners to ensure that students take all eligible tests with approved accommodations. When this work is executed successfully, the leadership team can focus on both the social-emotional support of students as well as family engagement. What We Offer Compensation: Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $19.19 for 0 years of experience and $23.98.
