This position falls under the direction of the Director of the Counseling and Testing Center (CTC or "center"), and the duties of the role are split between coordination of the testing program and office management for the CTC. Primary duties are coordination and leadership of the UWL Testing Center, which includes administrative oversight of the Computer Based Testing Center, National Testing Program, Correspondence Exams, testing for credit, and UW Placement Testing. The Testing Coordinator also supervises the day-to-day operations of the CBT and manages the training, scheduling, and evaluations for any Test Center Associates who also administer exams. The Testing Coordinator serves to keep the CTC Director informed on the activities and needs of the Testing Center, as well as acting as primary contact for Admissions, Records and Registration, and Academic Advising and Career Services regarding placement and other standardized testing needs. Secondary duties include oversight of CTC office operations including financial management, facilities coordination, and practical needs of the CTC staff. The Office Manager helps the CTC Director to oversee the budgets of the various parts of the unit, coordinates to help meet the office's facilities and maintenance needs, and facilitates travel reservations and reimbursements.
