About The Position

We are hiring a Testing Automation Engineer to improve our software engineering, automated testing and deployment workflows. In this role, you will collaborate with application developers and QA assessing project impacts to existing UiPath automations and integrate them into our CI/CD pipeline. You will build and maintain automation pipelines, infrastructure scripts, and test frameworks that enable scalable, high-quality software delivery. You will also help automate repetitive, rule-based tasks across systems to boost efficiency and reliability. You will function as a central point of contact for all questions and escalations pertaining to automated testing.

Requirements

• Solid background in automation scripting, with UiPath proficiency as a core requirement.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, focusing on CI/CD and integrating automated testing workflows.
• Proven experience testing applications in cloud environments; AWS preferred for test deployment and automation.
• Strong programming fundamentals in languages commonly used for test automation, such as C# or JavaScript, with scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash or Python
• Experience building automation workflows and migrating manual test cases into maintainable scripts.
• Proficient in version control using Git, with experience managing automation code and coordinating deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with containerized deployments using Docker (Linux-based)
• Effective collaboration across development, QA, and operations teams to drive automation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills to identify root causes and optimize testing strategies.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to balance strategic goals and immediate delivery needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DevOps Engineers to embed automated testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for unit, integration, regression, and UI testing using tools such as UiPath and Postman
• Collaborate with developers and QA to convert manual test cases into reliable, maintainable automation scripts.
• Execute and analyze post-deployment automation for smoke testing, data setup, and workflow validation, identifying issues and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote secure, consistent automation practices across Windows and Linux environments, supporting developer workflows.
• Identify and implement scalable automation solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Document automation processes and tools to support internal knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Track and report key metrics such as test coverage, deployment frequency, and defect escape rate to measure automation impact and guide optimization efforts.
